Latest Updates from Our Project:

I hope you are all well and healthy! Merry Christmas Happy New Year!

Hi, everyone,

I hope you're doing well and that you're healthy.

I have a bit of an update here two parter... First part is all good news I received the sample and this thing is beautiful, you can see that they came really close to matching the ABS and the PVC plastic looks fantastic.

It's going to come just like this in the packaging, and our bottles are going to be amazing when we get them. So all of that is good. And on track. Remember, the molds have been paid for for the factory has been secured to make production, we did not charge anything in backer kit, we haven't locked in any of the extras because of the second part of this update.

And now for the part of the update that nobody wants to hear. It's the continued delay, I need to take you back for a second to the beginning of 2020.

When we all plan this project together, oil was $32 a barrel gas was $1.79. And the United States had achieved energy independence for the first time in 62 years, we actually exported oil to Saudi Arabia, if you can believe that. Now fast forward to now we have managed to kill every single domestic oil project putting 10s of 1000s of union workers out of a job and putting our energy consumption back into the hands of OPEC, Russia and China, Putin's response was that he could see $100 A barrel, and today we're sitting right about 80 to 84, somewhere in there. And I know you're asking what does this have to do with my toy. Unfortunately, in 2020, at the beginning, when we started this, it was between $2,000 and $4,000 to ship a container from there to here. And now it is roughly $22,000 somewhere in there, 20-22,000 dollars and it sits off the Port of Los Angeles for 45 to 60 days depending on when they decide to get you in. I don't personally have an extra $16,000 sitting around to cover shipping. It's not even for product. It's not packaging. It's not an extra cost of goods. It's simply to do a job they were doing before. I have to wait until this comes back down. Now we all know these things are cyclical. It will come back around again. Gas will drop, I will jump on it because remember, the factory has been secured, the molds have been bought and the samples have been delivered. All I've got to do is say flip the switch, put it on a ship and we're good. We just have to wait for this to all calm down.

So that's the bad part of the update.

The good part is they match the colors perfectly and we're not going anywhere. I'm going to be in Philadelphia, December 10 through 12th at PAX Unplugged, come by and see us we've got our new dragons, our tree topper, and are great Christmas ornaments. So if you're at PAX Unplugged, come by the booth and say hi, I will be posting another update after the show to let everybody know how things are going. And we'll continue to give updates and pay attention to shipping prices.

So take care.

And thank you again for all your support

be well.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Hi Everyone. Sorry for the audio pops but here is the latest news
over 4 years ago – Sat, Aug 21, 2021 at 02:17:43 PM

Hey, everyone, hope you're doing well.

I have an update for malice. And for us. Since the last time we spoke about a month ago. It's been a rough month. But I've had a lot of good support from customers and fans at the two conventions, friends and family have stepped up in a big way. And we're making it through. Hard to believe that John's been gone a month. But every day. I'm still talking to him. So hey, that's all that matters. I have great news about malice. I did get the molds, production samples, they are fantastic. I love the detail that came out, a couple of things to go over the bottom is going to be ABS hard plastic, but the top is actually going to be PVC. And the reason for that is so that we get the flexibility here. And you don't have to worry about snapping these off quite as easily as hard ABS is. But you can still paint it all up. The D20 in there looks fantastic. It's readable,\Nit lays flat, it's balanced. It's great. The one thing I wasn't too happy about though is the color sample chip. This is supposed to be Wraith bone white and it's really not. So I'm having them give me more color ideas. And then they're going to go ahead and do what's called a production sample which will give us this in this color so that I can verify the PVC and the ABS will look the same. Also at that point, I'll be able to see and verify they react to primers and paints and things like that appropriately. So this is coming along. Things are still paused for the most part. I'm trying to gear up for an amazing opportunity that we were awarded we got an invite to our very first PAX event and I get to have a booth at PAX West in Seattle the third through the seventh so if you're in Seattle and at PAX West come say hi, Booth 1508 I believe but I will double-check that and put it in the comments if not. Thank you for your\Npatience your understanding your support for just being part of the community that we love. Again I'm just trying to kind of tread water with the company keep everything afloat but we are going to be delivering at these as soon as I can make this all happen just know I'm not being as productive as I probably would like to be. So thank you, everybody, again, reach out to me [email protected] if you need me because I checked that every day where the Kickstarter I don't really check all the time. So once again [email protected] and have a great day take care of yourselves and be well thank you.

Take care,

IMPORTANT UPDATE!! Watch the videos PLEASE!!!!!
over 4 years ago – Fri, Jul 16, 2021 at 07:14:49 PM

This was the planned update.

Hey everyone,

how's it going? Really well over here, we're gearing up for a couple of conventions in Houston these next two weeks, which is maybe a really nice treat, to get out and get to see some of our fans,

Malice has been in production with the molds, and I'm thrilled to say\Nthey've pretty much nailed the D20. I'm waiting for it to get in my

hand before I visually say that but the words are bigger, better spaced easier to reads should land flat on the face every time it's going to be great. As you can see, in this little bit of the video, though, these two sections they don't actually touch. And so that's a problem with the skull mold. And they're reworking that, so it's just gonna take a little bit \Nmore time on that not a big deal. They put us back in the queue,

open it up, give us a new sample. Once that's ready, they send it to me. We're still on track for November

because we built in time for this kind of thing. everything's going great. If you happen to be in the Houston area. We're going to be there the 17th and 18th of July and we're going to be just north in Conroe the next weekend, which I believe is the 23rd, fourth and fifth.

So come on out see us. And say hi check out the booth.

You can see the prototypes in person.

I hope to see you all, be well \Nand I have more updates coming soon.

Take care bye-bye.

Hi, everyone!

Just popping in to say thank you so much for completing those surveys. That has been a huge help to communicate to the factory and stay on target for our November delivery.

I expect to see the proofs sometime after the 10th of June and when I do I will update you all with the results.

We will be adding paint jobs for the Orpherics as add-ons as soon as we finish the paint schemes for each. You will be able to adjust your Backerkit and can add the paint jobs before we lock the counts in August. If you have not done so please use the Backerkit link in your emails to fill out those surveys we are waiting on 75 more. As always thank you and if you need anything please email me directly [email protected]

Cheers!
